Returns and cooling-off period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after you receive your order. Here is how returning works.

How to send something back

Let us know within 14 days of receipt that you are cancelling the purchase, on WhatsApp or by email to [email protected]. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Then send the packs back within 14 days. We will give you the address.
You get the amount you paid back within 14 days, together with the standard shipping cost of the delivery. We may wait to refund you until the packs are back.

Packs you have not yet mixed with water. A mixed pack has been blended and no longer falls under the cooling-off period.
If you handle a pack more than is needed to inspect it, we may charge you for the loss in value.
You pay the cost of sending it back yourself.

Work we carry out at your home is covered by the agreements we make together. If you ask us to start within the cooling-off period and then withdraw, you pay for the part of the work that has already been done.
