- If you send us a message on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we use your name, number or address and what you send us, such as a photo of your wall, to answer you and give you a price.
- If you order, we use your name, address and payment details to deliver and invoice.
- This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. Only your choice of language is remembered.
- We count visits to this website anonymously, without cookies and without knowing who you are.
- The server of this website keeps technical data, such as your IP address, to keep the website secure.
- WhatsApp is a service of Meta. What you send through WhatsApp is also subject to the terms and privacy policy of WhatsApp.
How long we keep data
- No longer than necessary. We keep order and invoice data for 7 years, because tax law requires it.
Who sees your data
- Only BEME Bouw and the companies we need to deliver and invoice, such as the carrier, the payment provider and Nurani, which manages this website. We never sell your data.
Your rights
- You may access your data and have it corrected or deleted. To do so, send a message to [email protected].
- If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
